Ingredients

50ml Johnnie Walker Triple Cask

10ml lemon juice

30ml sugar syrup

100ml peach kombucha

50ml sparkling wine

white stone fruit (peach, nectarine, mango), chopped ice

How to make it

1. Add Triple Cask, lemon juice, peach kombucha, sparkling wine, sugar syrup and cubed ice into a jug.

2. Add chopped white stone fruit (peach, nectarine, mango) to jug.

3.Give everything a stir and pour into a highball.

4. Add fruit to each glass.

2 orange bitters

10ml cinnamon syrup

Large ice cube

2 orange twists

How to make it

1. Add Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve to a tumbler.

2. Add orange bitter and dilute cinnamon syrup in the Whisky.

3. Stir and add ice.

4. Garnish with an orange twist.

40ml lemon juice

50ml sweet syrup

Garnish: lemon peel

How to make it

1. Shake Aged 18 Years, lemon juice and your chosen syrup together with ice.

2. Strain into a tumbler filled with cubed ice.

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
