You reserve them online before your trip, and your order is ready and waiting for you when you make your way through Mexico City International Airport.

Duty Free has three pick up points available at Mexico City International Airport. They are all inside our stores, next to the cash registers. The first Pick up Point is in the Duty Free Stores located in Terminal 1 Departures Area, next to gate J. The next pick up point is in the Arrivals area of the same terminal, next to boarding gate G. Our store in Terminal 2 has the third pick up point, where you can collect your Reserve & Collect online order.
All our stores are open twenty-four hours a day, which means you can receive your order at the pick up points no matter what time your flight departs. And if you forget to include one of our low price products in your online order, you can always continue shopping before you pay for all your purchases in our physical stores. Our store is located right at your arrival in Mexico City. Passing the immigration point to the right. At the middle of the shop you'll find our collection point.

We are located in Terminal 1 International Departures Gate G, just passing the security checkpoint. At the middle of the shop in the liquor area you'll find the collection point.
