The participant declares that the personal data provided are accurate and truthful, being obliged to notify DUFRY of any modifications.

The personal data processed to manage your participation in the draw will be preserved until de delivery of the prize, after that they will remain duly blocked for the purpose of determining any possible liability arising due to the processing of your personal data and during the prescription period of such liabilities.

The personal data processed to provide you with information regarding our products and services with your consent will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent or exercise your rights of erasure and/or restriction of processing.

The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data to manage your participation in the draw is your consent granted when you provided us with the information required to join the draw and, therefore, by the acceptance of its legal basis. Furthermore, the processing of your personal data to offer you our products and services is based on your consent granted by ticking in the specific check-box.

DUFRY has contracted the company ODICCI, with registered office at Office 17, Access House, Manor Road, Ealing, W13 0AS, for the managing and organization of the draw; therefore, such company will have access to your personal data for that purpose. DUFRY has taken the necessary measures in order to ensure that ODICCI will only have access to your personal data under the purposes abovementioned, avoiding the processing with unauthorized purposes and requiring the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

 

DUFRY will not transfer any personal data to other third parties, except when required by any legal obligation.
