WHAT IS MEZCAL?
Mezcal is a spirit that has existed for more than 400 years, it is distilled from agave, and can be made from more than 14 known agaves.

HOW IS MEZCAL MADE?
Once the agave plant is ready for harvest, its piñas are shaved. The shaved piña is cooked, then ground and then left to ferment. Finally, the alcohol obtained from the fermentation stage is distilled. If desired, you can rest the alcohol in wooden barrels, as in the case of ZIGNUM®.
