Cuishe is an Agave plant that grows in certain types of soil with concentrated calcium and few to none precipitation. It doesn’t grow directly on land and has a cylindrical shape with a slender trunk up measuring to four meters. Cuishe takes 12 years to mature before it can be used in the process.
